Q: Where are your prints made?
A: Our friends at Richard Photo Lab do all our printing. They are the #1 print lab in the industry and have been in the photography print business for over 40 years.
Q: When will I receive my print?
A: For print only orders, processing takes 2 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time. You should expect to receive your print only order in 7 to 10 business days from the day you place your order. Occasionally, due to large volume of sales, it may take longer.
Priority Turnaround: Want to place your order at the top of the stack? By upgrading to this option, your order will be the next thing we do. Email leslee@lesleemitchell.com to upgrade to Priority Turnaround option.
Q: Are your sizes in inches or centimeters?
A: Inches.
Q: Can I purchase a custom sized print?
A: Yes, we are happy to speak with you about your interest in a custom size print. Please contact us at leslee@lesleemitchell.com.
Q: Do you offer framing?
A: We offer high quality custom framing made by hand here in the USA. Please allow 14 to 16 business days from the time you order for your delivery. Rush framing orders available. Please email leslee@lesleemitchell.com for info.
Q: What are the final frame sizes with and without mat?
A: 8x10 with a mat, the final frame size: 14.25" x 16.25"
8x10 with no mat, the final frame size: 9.50" x 11.50"
11x14 with a mat, the final frame size: 18.25" x 21.25"
11x14 with no mat, the final frame size: 12.50" x 15.50"
16x24 with a mat, the final frame size: 23.25" x 31.25"
16x24 with no mat, the final frame size: 17.50" x 25.50"
20x30 with a mat, the final frame size: 26.75" x 36.75"
20x30 with no mat, the final frame size: 21.0" x 31.0"
24x36 with a mat, the final frame size: 31.25" x 43.25"
24x36 with no mat, the final frame size: 25.50" x 37.50"
32x40 is not available matted.
32x40 with no mat, the final frame size: 33.50" x 41.50"
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Sorry, we do not accept returns. Each art piece is made to order. All sales are final. Please choose your art piece wisely. Product exchanges are only available in the unlikely event you receive a product that is defective or in damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you. Such exchanges must be made within 30 days of the product purchase date. If you contact us a year later reporting your print is now damaged, we will not take responsibility for that.
Q: On what kind of paper do you print?
A: FUJIFILM Fujicolor Matte paper which produces true-to-life colors and striking highlight detail.
Q: Can I purchase the high-resolution image so I can print it myself?
A: Ha. No.
